Corrections policy

We aim for accurate, fairly written Canadian trivia. When we err, we correct promptly and notify subscribers.

Reporting

Hosts can flag a question from the host console during an event. Email support with the week, edition, round, and question number if you are not in the app.

We triage good-faith reports within 12 hours when staffing allows.

Published errata

Confirmed corrections are posted on /corrections with the affected week and pack identifier. Subscribers should check errata before hosting that week's event.

Material errors that make a pack unusable may qualify for a credit or refund at our discretion; contact support with details.
