Content licence

Weekly trivia packs, scripts, slides, images bundled with packs, and software screens are licensed - not sold - by 2809826 Alberta Inc. to subscribers of Trivia Night.

Grant

While your subscription is active and paid, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the pack for your subscribed home edition at the venue(s) covered by your plan.

You may print handouts, project slides, and use scoring files for in-person events you host. You may not upload packs to public file shares, resell questions, or sublicense content to other venues.

Third-party media

Picture-round and slide images may include works under open licences or government terms. Credits appear in host notes and on /legal/attribution. Your licence does not extend to uses outside our hosted pack format.

End of subscription

When a subscription ends, you must stop using new weekly packs. You may retain copies of packs already downloaded only for your own records of past events you hosted, not for future public replay or resale.
