Refunds and cancellation

This policy applies to paid subscriptions for Trivia Night, operated by 2809826 Alberta Inc.. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Venue tier (and other subscriptions)

Venue tier is $49 per month or $490 per year when billed annually (ten times the monthly price). Pack and Host Pro tiers are listed on the Pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

How to cancel

Sign in to the venue portal and open Billing. Use the Stripe Customer Portal to cancel renewal. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Money-back guarantee

If this is your first paid subscription to Trivia Night, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the first successful charge by contacting trivia@openstats.ca with your account email. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

After that window, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law or where we publish a correction that materially prevents use of a pack you paid for (see Corrections policy).

Taxes

Applicable GST/HST or provincial sales taxes may be added at checkout when we are registered to collect them. Tax lines appear on Stripe invoices.
